availability: 01.may. - 31.oct.). pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. in the complex: air conditioning. steep motor access (via unmade road). parking. shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 230 m, sandy beach 8 km. marina 1 km, golf course (9 hole) 6 km, tennis 2 km, riding stable 3 km. nearby attractions: figari 21 km, bonifacio 25 km, solenzara 40 km, iles lavezzi. hiking paths: l'ospedale, réserve naturelle de bonifacio. please note: car recommended. residence with electric gates.

Bon emplacement, parking pratique. Piscine ok mais sale. Salle de sport vétuste et sale aussi. Le logement était spacieux mais très sombre et peu entretenu. Le mobilier de jardin et l’étendoir à linge sont très très abîmés (presque inutilisable). La cuisine est bien équipée, la cuisine aussi. Les lits sont plutôt confortables. Mais les chaises de cuisine sont cassés. Le miroir de la salle de bain ne s’allumait pas, l’aspirateur n’aspire pas. Ce sont beaucoup de détails qui au final finissent par entacher le séjour…C’est dommage car beaucoup de potentiel dans ce logement.
