Your data

Have you noticed the absence of that (annoying) consent banner on our platform?

We apply the most virtuous possible policy regarding personal data management. This allows us to not have to ask for your choice on your first visit.

We don't use any advertising trackers
Regardless of the form (pixel, cookie, identifier) or the provider (Google, Meta…). It doesn't make our marketing team's job easier… but we're proud of it!

We opt for solutions recommended by the CNIL
Our audience analytics tool, for example, is a solution running directly on our servers and not an external service (like Google Analytics).

We don't sell your data
A commitment set out in black and white in our T&Cs.

What data, for how long & for what purpose?

Here's a summary of the data we may collect, how it's processed and how to manage your choices.

Customer service interactions

Technology : Internal
In concrete terms : Since May 2026, we have stopped using the Zendesk solution and now handle our guests' requests internally. No data is therefore transmitted to a third party.
Your control : Not applicable

Your booking information

Technology : Internal service
In concrete terms : When you book, we apply a strict personal data minimisation policy:

  • Vouchers and exchange documents (travel booklet, accommodation voucher, certificates...): automatically deleted 10 days after your departure.
  • Stay invoice: kept online in your customer area for ~1 month after your departure, then archived offline.
  • Fine details of your booking (other participants' names, chosen options, assignments, internal supplier reference numbers...): automatically deleted 14 months after your departure.
  • Main stay data (name, address, phone, email, stay details): kept for 6 years in compliance with tax and accounting obligations, then anonymised automatically.
  • Inactive user account (no booking for 3 years): automatically deleted.
  • Technical sessions and tokens (login, security): purged regularly (from 7 days to 13 months depending on the type).
Local providers (hosts, operators...) may receive your contact information (phone and email) to reach you during the stay and in case of emergency.

Holidaymakers who have accepted our personal data policy may receive emails about our new offers and news for a period of 24 months following the end of your stay. They may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link included in each message.

Your control : You can delete your customer account at any time, either directly from your customer area (Permanently delete my account button) or by contacting our DPO via the Deletion of my data section below.

Audience analytics

Technology : Matomo (self-hosted on our own servers)
In concrete terms : We measure page visits to continuously improve the user experience. Matomo runs directly on our own servers (no third-party service like Google Analytics). Your IP address is truncated before storage (anonymisation), no tracking cookies are set and no data is transmitted to any third party. This configuration complies with CNIL recommendations and exempts us from the consent banner requirement.
Your control : Matomo respects your browser's Do Not Track signal: if you enable it (usually in Settings > Privacy), you will not be counted in our analytics.

Form validation

Technology : Hcaptcha
In concrete terms : A captcha is a test set up to validate forms on our sites (contact, booking…). It distinguishes human users from potential malicious bots. We've chosen the hcaptcha provider whose services comply with GDPR. Notices available: Privacy policy | Terms of use.
Your control : Checkbox to start the process on the form.
