direct access to the beach. for shared use: terraced garden, 4 ha with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool heated, fenced (15 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.apr. - 30.sep.). outdoor shower, tennis, terrace. in the complex: reception, wifi. parking at the house on the premises. shop 400 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "santa giulia" 500 m. please note: car recommended. residence with electric gates. there is an annual music festival on santa giulia beach at the end of august. wi-fi only at the reception.
