The right price, no magic
We take 8% commission while the industry standard is 15-25%.
Since this commission is built into the displayed price for many hosts, we're often very competitive. No magic. Just arithmetic. When a host imposes a fixed price across all distribution channels, we apply auto-applied discount vouchers to compensate (within the limits of our agreement with them).
Compare. It's even recommended. And if you find the same stay (same property, same dates, same room type, same services) cheaper within 72h of your booking, we'll handle it all:
Option 1 — We match the lower rate and refund the difference.
Option 2 — If matching isn't possible, we cancel your booking free of charge. Even within a contractual retention period, the fees are on us.

Transparent privacy
On our websites, your privacy is not a product. We've applied a strict and minimal policy from day one.
No annoying cookie banner
Our analytics tools are self-hosted and anonymised (Matomo, Do Not Track respected) — we don't drop any third-party tracker (Google, Meta...). No consent needed, so no banner.
Data minimisation
We keep only the strict minimum and purge regularly: vouchers deleted 10 days after your stay, fine details erased after 14 months, main data anonymised after 6 years.
