Nueva andalucía: beautiful, cosy 2-family house "los naranjos singles". in the centre of nueva andalucía, in the resort 2 km from the centre of puerto banús, 5 km from the centre of marbella, 2 km from the sea, south-east facing position. for shared use: park, garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.jan. - 31.dec.). outdoor
shower. in the house: air conditioning, washing machine. parking at the house. supermarket, restaurant, café 100 m, bus stop "sierra blanca" 100 m, sandy beach 2 km. golf course (18 hole), tennis 500 m. please note: the complex has night security.

Super endroit , à 5 min en voiture des restaurants luxes du coin mais à 15- 20 min des centres commerciaux et attractions. La zone est super calme, sécuritaire et il y a un supermarché à deux minutes à pieds super pratiques pour cuisiner à la maison! Le logement est super, n'est pas à mon avis aussi grand que sur les photos mais reste néanmoins super grand! Il y a deux terrasses avec qui rajoute tout, elles sont énormes en plus ( superrrrrr). je conseille aux vacanciers de bien user de l'appart en cuisinant ( pas cher du tout), profitant des terrasses et du soleil .
