Beautiful apartment block "la maestranza". in the centre of nueva andalucía, 1 km from the centre of puerto banús, 7 km from the centre of marbella, in a central position, 1.2 km from the sea. for shared use: park, flowers and trees, 2 swimming pools heated (15 x 10 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.jan. - 31.dec.). children's
pool, communal covered parking space n 49. shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop "plaza espanola" 250 m, sandy beach 1.2 km. golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km. the pool is heated from oct to apr (approx. dates).

Location propre, très bien équipée et bien située. Résidence agréable et tranquille, neanmoins, nous avons eu le malheur de tomber sur une semaine avec des travaux. Mis à part ce petit désagrément, tout était parfait !
