The la presqu'ile de la touques residence is situated halfway between deauville and trouville, and just 300 m from the train station. it is ideally located for enjoying both land and sea, as well as for making the most of all this seaside resort has to offer: it is just a few minutes' walk to deauville and trouville town centres, and a 15-minute

walk to the beach. the residence is a charming example of deauville's normandy cottage architecture and is tastefully decorated inside. spread out around the gardens and pool, the spacious and functional apartments all have a terrace or a balcony with scenic views. the residence has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool heated all year round. algotherm spa (extra charges apply), with free access to the sauna and hammam (direct booking with the spa required). it also has indoor and outdoor children's play areas and a breakfast room with terrace.
