The la presqu'ile de la touques residence is situated halfway between deauville and trouville, and just 300 m from the train station. it is ideally located for enjoying both land and sea, as well as for making the most of all this seaside resort has to offer: it is just a few minutes' walk to deauville and trouville town centres, and a 15-minute
walk to the beach. the residence is a charming example of deauville's normandy cottage architecture and is tastefully decorated inside. spread out around the gardens and pool, the spacious and functional apartments all have a terrace or a balcony with scenic views. the residence has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool heated all year round. deep nature® spa (extra charges apply), with free access to the sauna and hammam. it also has indoor and outdoor children's play areas and a breakfast room with terrace.
