the flat has a bright living room with an open kitchen (induction cooker, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, toaster, kettle, senseo coffee maker, washing machine and
dishwasher), sofa bed (140x190cm), TV (French channels), dining table, access to the veranda and to the terrace equipped with a garden table and 3 deck chairs. Toilets complete this first floor.
On the first floor, a first bedroom is composed of a double bed (140x190cm) and a closet. A second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed (160x190cm), cupboards and gives access to a balcony with sea view.
The bathroom with toilet is composed of a shower cabin, sink and small closet.
With its 8 kilometers of fine sandy beach, Saint-Pierre-La-Mer is a very popular seaside resort. Near the massif of La Clape and belonging to the community of Fleury-d'Aude, this small village welcomes every day of the year a charming southern market on the seaside.
Nearby, you will find a protected natural heritage: the "Gouffre de l'Oeil Doux" offering a sumptuous viewpoint and a unique setting between the srubland and the sea.
