uninterrupted views of the sea and the Massif de la Clape.
On the ground floor: a lounge-kitchen area with sofa (bed for one person), TV (German channels), 2 armchairs, a German bench seat, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, 4-burner ceramic hob) and WC.
There are also two bedrooms with double beds (2x80x200) and a shower room with washing machine.
The Mas de Périmont residence with its swimming pool is located on the heights of Saint-Pierre-La-Mer on the edge of the garrigue; some of the pavilions have a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside. The centre of the resort with its restaurants, market, fair and beach can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.
