located in a quiet, green setting close to shops and the beach, this small pavilion features a main room with a sofa, television, and a fully equipped kitchenette:
stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle.
The living room leads to a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds and a mezzanine with a double bed, skylight, and storage.
Bathroom with shower, washing machine, and toilet.
Enjoy the terrace with a charcoal barbecue and a plancha grill!
The residence is located on the hills above Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It features a 15 m x 8 m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It is open from early July to late August.
Shops, grocery stores, and restaurants are located 900 m away.
Optional additional services: Linens are not provided, but can be reserved in advance and collected upon key collection (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00). WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid beforehand (no cash or checks).
We are approved by Chèques Vacances (Holiday Vouchers).

Tourist tax is an additional charge.
Keys must be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
