this apartment is on the second floor of a residence without lift and consists of an open-plan living room with a kitchenette. the living room has a sofa bed, a tv and a dining table for 4 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, a mini-oven and a Senseo coffee machine. An adjoining loggia offers additional space with a table for four. The bedroom has a double bed (140x190) and a fitted wardrobe. The bathroom consists of a washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle.
It is located near the sea along the main road leading to the village centre. You can also take advantage of the shops, restaurants and entertainment that are only a few minutes walk away.
With its 8 kilometres of sandy beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a popular seaside resort. The small village, part of the Fleury d'Aude commune, has a pretty, typically Mediterranean market on the seafront all year round. Nearby, in the Massif de la Clape, is a protected natural heritage site: the exceptional Gouffre de l'œil doux offers an enchanting spectacle not to be missed and a magnificent view of the sea and ponds in the distance.
