Ploumilliau

Ploumilliau is a rural commune in the Trégor area of the Côtes-d'Armor, just a few kilometres from Lannion and the Pink Granite Coast. The village is known for its church of Saint-Milliau, which houses a carved depiction of the Ankou, a well-known figure from Breton folklore associated with death, shown together with his cart—a striking example of the region's traditional beliefs and popular culture.
