Saint pierre la mer – studio facing the sea. 2br203
studio in a residence near the shops and the beach, it consists of a main room with trundle bed (80cm), television and equipped kitchen area: hotplates, top fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker. you also have a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm). a bathroom with shower, sink,
toilet and washing machine. You can also enjoy a large terrace to take your meals while having a view of the sea.
A parking space is reserved for you.
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit : with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
End of stay cleaning option to be requested from the agency.
WIFI BOX rental: 39 € / week
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Juste en face de la place sur laquelle ont lieu toutes les activités, donc musique et bruit jusqu’à 1h du matin chaque nuit. Le logement n’était pas propre à notre arrivée, nous avons dû repasser sur tout le ménage y compris pour les ustensiles de cuisine. Il y a eu une coupure d’eau le dimanche et aucun contact d’urgence avec l’agence.
