  Logement fonctionnel, manque d’ustensiles. Attention à la propreté (toiles d’araignées / araignées aux plafonds)
  Également une grosse fuite au plafond de la chambre.
  Machine à laver et clim un gros plus !

  Logement bien situé, au bord du port et plutôt calme en ce mois de juin, malgré une faible isolation sonore entre les logements et le couloir. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée, la climatisation est un réel atout et la salle de bain est spacieuse. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer (ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine sales, présence de toiles d’araignées et de fourmis dans la loggia, plafonds peu entretenus et accès extérieur non nettoyé).
