friends. Ideal for 1 couple with 2 or 3 children, or 4 adults. The studio is composed: A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with a large work plan. 1 2-burner induction hob, 1 extractor hood, 1 oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 1 small freezer, 1 Tassimo coffee maker + 1 filter coffee maker, 1 kettle, 1 raclette set, 1 toaster and 1 washing machine. 1 dining area and 1 cozy "relaxation/reading" space, suspended television. 1 sleeping area composed of 2 double bunk beds (140x200), a space appreciated for its aesthetic and well-designed layout. 1 cabin area equipped with: 2 bunk beds in 90x190 and storage cupboard. 1 modern shower room, with washing machine, and WC not separated. The accommodation is equipped with duvets and shutters. Linen and end-of-stay cleaning in supplement. The + of housing: Quiet environment privileged access to the ski area. Wifi included Departure and return on skis - access to the Soleil chairlift (opening 8:45 am) Sled dog enthusiasts, you are in the front row! Situation:
la lauze residence is a quiet 3-story building located at the top of the la toussuire resort, at the foot of the lac blue slope, 500 m from the center and the ski area (direct access to the soleil chairlift via the slope). free parking is available in front of the residence. the first shops are 200 m away, restaurants and bars 400 m,
the ski school (esf) 600 m, and the bus stop 150 m.
the soleil chairlift is 200 m away, skiing pistes are 50 m behind the residence for ski-in/ski-out access.
free ski-bus stop at 150 m.
