"cala la manzanera" 700 m, swimming bay 50 m. nearby attractions: aqualandia, mundomar, terra mítica, terra natura, benidorm palace (benidorm), les fonts de l'algar, castillo de guadalest. please note: additional accommodations can be booked. work by renowned architect ricardo bofill, it recalls the traditional moorish and mediterranean architecture. the building is build up on greek cross shape, with interconnected patios to access to the apartments. its name comes from íts wider red color gamut. the pool is in the rooftop, where you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view. you can not make photos for professional use without prior authorization.

Bel endroit, très atypique, avec une ambiance qui rappelle un peu le décor de Squid Game. Le petit appartement type studio que nous avions était plutôt sympa, mais malheureusement, il y avait beaucoup d’humidité dans tout le logement, avec des traces visibles. Le pommeau de douche fuyait de tous les côtés et il y avait également des odeurs de remontées d’égout venant des toilettes. Dommage, car l’endroit est très bien situé, à deux pas de la mer.
La location ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos !
Des taches de moisissures au niveau du plafond, les murs qui s’effritent avec l’humidité et surtout les cafards retrouver à plusieurs reprises !! Le pommeau de douche étais fissuré et nous avons eu des fuites au niveau de la douche ainsi que de la climatisation. Donc en se qui concerne l’appartement je ne recommande pas du tout. En revanche les extérieurs sont magnifiques cela rattrape notre déception.
Très belle résidence, appartement très correcte. Les points négatifs seront peut être manque de quelques produits (sel, poivre, huile) pour la cuisine. Et dommage que des touristes arrivent à rentrer dans la résidence pour faire des photos, on manque parfois d'intimité à la piscine par exemple.
