The apartment opens onto a small entrance area with a bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm) and leads into a bright and functional living area. The open-plan kitchenette is fully equipped: 2 electric hobs, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and filter coffee machine. The lounge/dining area includes a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table with chairs. The space opens onto a small balcony, ideal for relaxing. It is also equipped with a travel cot.
The modern and practical bathroom features a shower cubicle, a washbasin, a washing machine and a separate toilet.
The flat is located just 550 metres from the beach and 290 metres from the station, offering easy access to local shops and attractions.
