Very beautiful, cosy chalet "chalet roose". 1.5 km from the centre, on a slope. private: hot tub, terrace. steep motor access. in winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. parking (for 3 cars). shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 700 m, bus stop "haute-nendaz, station/poste" 1.8 km, railway station "sion" 17.5 km,
outdoor swimming pool 1.1 km. golf course 18.5 km, tennis 1.1 km, gondola lift 2 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ice rink 1.5 km, children's playground 1.2 km. well-known ski regions can easily be reached: tracouet 2 km. please note: ski bus (free of charge). 1 covered parking space and 2 parking spaces in front of the chalet.
