Please note: smoke alarm. The living room and dining room and open kitchen are located on the 1st floor with direct access to the garden by an outside staircase. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.
