Un appartement très bien situé dans la ville, à quelques minutes en vélo des lieus à visiter. Pierre & Vacances étant plutôt un lieu familial, ne vous attendez pas à avoir le silence absolue avec les enfants autour.
La location était conforme à l'annonce, on a été très bien reçus. Petit bémol sur l'isolation sonore la nuit.
L’isolation phonique n’est vraiment pas top, on entendait tous les bruits de couloirs
Nous avons passé un séjour assez agréable à Séville. La propreté du logement et son emplacement rendaient le séjour d’autant plus plaisant. Cependant, certains autres résidents avaient quelques problèmes avec la notion de respect d’autrui notamment la nuit, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de gouvernant/e sur ce point. Quelques petits points en moins pour l’état des lieux de sortie qui a pris 40 mins a être réalisé alors même que nous devions nous rendre à l’aéroport pour prendre notre avion, alors même que nous avions demandé en début de séjour si un rendez-vous pour le réaliser était nécessaire.
