the empuriabrava marina residence has two (unheated) swimming pools, including one on the rooftop, open april to october weather permitting. the residence also boasts a sauna, mini golf (charges apply) and moorings for hire.

Logement Bien situé, assez calme même si de nombreux bateaux passent devant.
Le logement n’est pas assez propre (vaisselles sales, casseroles sales)
Très bien situé dans la marina, beau rooftop mais la piscine n’était pas nettoyé, la terasse également sale (feuilles etc…). L’eau du jacuzzi et piscine du bas est assez froide.
L’appartement est très bien, la propreté peut mieux faire.
Appartement situé aux bords des canaux d'Empuriabrava (très beau cadre et très bel emplacement)
Par contre de gros points sont à revoir : la chasse d'eau qui fonctionnait à moitié, la climatisation pour laquelle on ne pouvait régler la température, les volets pour certains cassés et d'autres inexistants, le grille pain qui ne grille pas le pain...

Superbe localisation. Infrastructures pas super propres ou en bon état (carrelage fissuré, portes marquées, fourmis dans l'appartement, excréments de mouettes partout en terrasse, jacuzzi HS)
