This spacious, modern 3-room flat (50m²) faces north-east and sleeps up to 6 people.
it is a duplex and has a large balcony with uninterrupted views of the mountains.

the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a kettle, toaster, combined oven and microwave, nespresso coffee
machine and dishwasher. Sleeping facilities include a sofa bed (160x190cm) in the living room, and a double bed (160x190cm) in each of the two bedrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor is spacious and has a shower for disabled people and a toilet. There is a second bathroom with a bath on the first floor, and a separate WC. You're just 200 metres from a restaurant, sports shop and grocery shop, as well as the start of a ski slope and, in summer, hiking trails. You can enjoy an indoor swimming pool in winter and two pools in summer (one indoor and one outdoor) in a magnificent setting surrounded by beautiful mountains.

Vars – hameau des rennes residence
located on the heights of vars, the hameau des rennes residence is made up of charming 3- to 4-storey chalets and features an indoor swimming pool in winter, and both indoor and outdoor pools in summer.
this hamlet is situated at the foot of the fontbonne chairlift (ski-in/ski-out for experienced skiers), with
direct access via a central lift. underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and ski rental services are just 200 m away. a free shuttle bus stops nearby every 15–20 minutes and serves the entire resort.
please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open only during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-december to early april in winter, and from early july to late august in summer. it remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
