just 1 km from the beach centre and its entertainment, in a luxury residence with communal swimming pool (open from 1 june to 30 september, subject to change) and secure parking, this attractive holiday home comprises:
entrance via a
well-appointed courtyard/garden with awning, garden table and chairs, barbecue and deckchairs.
Living room with TV and 140 cm sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, etc.).
Bathroom with shower; separate toilet.
Two bedrooms on the mezzanine: bedroom 1 with a 140 cm bed and bedroom 2 with a 90 cm bunk bed.
Air-conditioned detached house.
The plus: Pleasantly decorated and furnished, ideal for family holidays. Air conditioning, swimming pool, private courtyard.
Optional extras: household linen is not provided but can be booked in advance and collected when you pick up the keys (double bed kit: €12.00/single bed kit: €9.00/towel kit with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts pets - A supplement of €30 per pet/stay will be charged.
WIFI BOX rental: €39/week
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
