this residence is perfect for ski enthusiasts seeking comfort and authenticity. With a surface area of 32 m², the apartment is perfectly designed to accommodate 4 guests. You will enjoy a bright and cozy living area opening onto a beautiful sunny balcony, the perfect spot to savor breakfast while admiring the Alpine scenery. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, microwave, and kettle), allowing you to share convivial moments after a day of skiing or hiking. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and television. The living room features a sofa bed with a trundle system, which can provide two separate single beds. A bathroom with towel warmer and hair dryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete this functional and welcoming apartment. An ideal pied-à-terre for a mountain holiday with family or friends. Please note that the apartment is strictly non-smoking. Final cleaning and linen rental are not included but may be booked as optional services through the agency. ATTENTION La piscine est fermée à partir du 19 mars 2025 et jusqu'à la période estivale 2025 en raison d'une pièce défectueuse. please note: the residence’s swimming pool is open only during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-december to early april in winter, and from early july to late august in summer. it remains closed during the off-seasons, outside these periods, which usually coincide with the opening dates of the ski lifts (dates may vary from year to year).
