the albane residence offers all the charm of traditional chalets with a very cozy all-wood structure.

our apartments range from fully equipped studios for 4 people to 4-room units suitable for 8–9 people. all accommodations feature a balcony or terrace.

what activities are available at l’albane? l’albane is the ideal place to enjoy winter sports and the vars ski resort. thanks to its proximity to the forêt blanche ski area, you can enjoy a wide range of activities, such as downhill skiing and snowshoeing. ski enthusiasts can enjoy the vast vars-risoul ski area thanks to the connection between the two resorts. 

a heated outdoor pool awaits you for a relaxing moment after a day of skiing. as for activities for children, your rental in vars is located just a few meters from the esf chalet, where you’ll find the village des piou-piou, which offers ski lessons led by esf instructors (for an additional fee).

the ski resort is located just 45 km from briançon, a city of art and history worth exploring during your vacation at l’albane. among the town’s monuments, the fortified walls, the fort des trois-têtes, the redoute des salettes, and the asfeld bridge are listed as unesco world heritage sites. these fortifications are part of the network of major vauban sites.
