Nous avions réservé un appartement pour pratiquement une semaine à Ange Fontan. Concernant l’accueil, à l’arrivée comme au départ, on a été très bien reçu ! Un livret avec les consignes, et quelque informations sur Saint-Malo et sa mobilité est bien utile.
L’appartement à Ange Fontan est très bien situé, la plage de Rochebonne est a 10 minute à pied, une supérette également, et avec boulangerie et pharmacie juste en bas.
L’appartement est bien agencé, calme, très bien équipé (cuisine, livre..) et surtout très agréable ! La literie est confortable (chose qui est rare).
Cependant, à notre arrivée on a pu constater que le ménage n’avait pas été réalisé correctement, notamment au niveau de la douche, du lavabo ainsi que des toilettes.. la machine à laver n’avait pas non plus été nettoyer.
Le siphon de la douche était bouché par des cheveux et au vu de l’état, très peu nettoyé. Je doute sincèrement que la douche ai été nettoyé, au vu également de l’état de la paroi de celle-ci.
J’ai du nettoyé ce qui n’a pas été fait, y compris devoir enlever les cheveux du siphon.
En bref, le ménage est à améliorer surtout ce qui concerne les espaces d’hygiènes..
Un ventilo serait aussi le bienvenu au vu de la chaleur qui rentre très facilement dans le logement, malgré les précautions prises.
