this residence is located in a quiet, green setting close to shops and the beach. the apartment features a main room with a sofa, television, and a fully equipped kitchenette: stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. a dining area is also
available.
The living room leads to the sleeping area: a bedroom with a double bed and storage space, as well as a mezzanine with a double bed.
There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Free parking is available near the residence!
The beach is a 30-meter walk away!
Optional additional services: Linens are not provided, but can be reserved in advance and collected upon key collection (double bed kit: €12.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid beforehand (no cash or checks).
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Tourist tax is an additional charge.
Keys must be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
