barbecue. in the house: bicycle rental. parking on the premises. shop, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station "latisana (milano-venezia-triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 900 m. golf course (18 hole) 4 km. please note: the owner lives in the same residence. beach service: from approx. the beginning of may to approx. mid-september, 1 sun lounger, 1 deck chair and 1 parasol per accommodation unit are included in the rental price.
