Résidence très calme peut-être trop pour des etudiant, il est situé dans un endroit assez reculé. Ce qui qui limite les sorties à pied, au risque de devoir marcher 15 minutes avant de trouver un commerce. De manière générale le jardin était très agréable, le logement propre et spacieux. Je recommande pour des personne cherchant de la tranquillité.
