Plan Peisey

Plan Peisey is one of the hamlets making up the resort of Peisey-Vallandry, in Savoie, at the heart of the Vanoise massif. Located close to the Vanoise National Park, this mountain village offers an authentic alpine setting, with traditional chalets and a more intimate atmosphere than the larger neighbouring resorts. Plan Peisey forms part of the Paradiski ski area, one of the largest in Europe, linked by cable car to Les Arcs and La Plagne, providing direct access to numerous slopes suited to all levels. In winter, activities centre around alpine and cross-country skiing, as well as snowshoeing, with dedicated areas for families and beginners. In summer, the area becomes a popular starting point for hiking and mountain biking, thanks to a network of trails crossing alpine meadows and larch forests. Its proximity to the Vanoise National Park also allows visitors to observe varied alpine wildlife. The hamlet retains a village character, with a few local shops and accommodation options such as chalets and residences, favoured for peaceful stays surrounded by Savoyard nature.
