Bois de haye

Bois de Haye is a village in the Meurthe-et-Moselle département, in the Grand Est region of France, located near Toul and not far from Nancy. It takes its name from the Forêt de Haye, an extensive woodland stretching between Toul and Nancy, popular for walking, mountain biking and observing local wildlife. The largely rural surroundings, combining farmland and woodland edges, offer a peaceful setting typical of the Lorraine plateau. The nearby town of Toul, fortified by Vauban and home to the Saint-Étienne cathedral, along with Nancy and its UNESCO-listed Place Stanislas, make excellent day-trip destinations for those staying in the area.
