Treillieres

Treillières is a town in the Loire-Atlantique department, in the Pays de la Loire region, located around fifteen kilometres north of Nantes and part of the Nantes Métropole area. This peri-urban setting retains a distinctly rural character, with green spaces, farmland and a few small lakes ideal for walking. The mild oceanic climate, typical of the Nantes vineyard area and the nearby Atlantic coast, makes for pleasant stays throughout much of the year. Its proximity to Nantes provides easy access to the city's cultural and historical heritage, including the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and various museums, as well as to regional transport links.
