Vernantes

Vernantes is a small village in the Maine-et-Loire department, in the Anjou area of the Pays de la Loire region, not far from Baugé-en-Anjou and Longué-Jumelles. This rural community, set amid green countryside dotted with fields and copses, offers a peaceful, unspoilt setting typical of the Baugeois area. The village retains an authentic character, with its church and traditional centre reflecting the local tuffeau stone architecture.
