Maulevrier

Maulevrier is a commune in the Maine-et-Loire department, in the Pays de la Loire region, best known for its Oriental Park, one of the largest Japanese-style gardens in Europe. Laid out in the early twentieth century, the park covers several hectares along the banks of the Moine river and offers a peaceful stroll among ponds, red bridges, pagodas and typically Asian plantings, making it a calm spot for relaxation.
