Challet

Challet is a small village in the Eure-et-Loir department, in the Centre-Val de Loire region, located right next to Dreux. It sits within the typical landscape of the Drouais area, characterised by farmland and a peaceful rural setting, ideal for a quiet stay away from urban bustle. Its proximity to Dreux provides easy access to shops, services and more extensive amenities, as well as to its historical heritage, including the Chapelle Royale Saint-Louis and the belfry. Challet therefore makes a convenient base for exploring the wider region, whether visiting Chartres and its UNESCO World Heritage-listed cathedral, around thirty minutes away by car, or discovering the surrounding villages of the Drouais and Beauce areas.
