Lartigue

Lartigue is a small rural commune in the Gers department, in the Occitanie region, at the heart of Gascony. This gently rolling landscape, shaped by vineyards and cereal fields, lies within the Armagnac area, well known for producing this renowned brandy as well as Floc de Gascogne and foie gras. The commune enjoys a mild oceanic climate, ideal for long walks through the Gascon countryside and for discovering neighbouring villages, many built around medieval bastides or small shaded squares. The surrounding area offers a peaceful, authentic setting, far from urban bustle, popular for rural tourism and for cycling or walking routes across hills and small streams.
