Guemar

Guémar is a small village in the Haut-Rhin department of Alsace, just a few kilometres from Ribeauvillé and Colmar, in a region renowned for its vineyards and the Alsace Wine Route. The village retains a distinctly Alsatian charm, with half-timbered houses and a peaceful, rural atmosphere, making it a quiet base within easy reach of the region's main attractions. Nearby Colmar offers its historic centre, canals and picturesque architecture, while Ribeauvillé and Riquewihr are known for their flower-lined streets and traditional wine cellars. The surrounding countryside is well suited to walking and cycling, particularly along the vineyard paths winding through the foothills of the Vosges mountains.
