St aubin

Saint-Aubin is a wine-growing village in the Côte-d'Or, nestled in the heart of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy, just a few kilometres from Beaune. It is known for its Saint-Aubin AOC appellation, producing mainly white wines from Chardonnay grapes as well as reds from Pinot Noir, valued by wine enthusiasts for offering excellent value alongside its more prestigious neighbours, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. The village lies within the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Climats de Bourgogne landscape, with rolling vineyard hillsides ideal for walking and visiting local wine cellars for tastings.
