Volnay

Volnay is a wine-producing village in the Côte-d'Or department of Burgundy, located on the Côte de Beaune, just a few kilometres south of Beaune. It is internationally recognised for its Volnay AOC appellation, which produces red wines made from Pinot Noir grapes, valued for their finesse and elegance. The village sits on a hillside covered with vineyards, offering open views over the Burgundian wine country and neighbouring villages such as Meursault and Pommard.
