La Sassa

La Sassa is located in Tuscany, in the province of Livorno, within a hilly area known as the Val di Cornia. This landscape combines wooded hills, olive groves and vineyards, benefiting from a mild Mediterranean climate tempered by the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea, just a few kilometres away. The region is known for its DOC wines, particularly those produced around Suvereto, as well as its olive oil and chestnuts harvested in autumn from the surrounding woodland.
