Varennes

Varennes is a small rural commune in the Tarn-et-Garonne department, in south-western France, at the heart of the Quercy region. This gently rolling countryside, characterised by limestone hills, orchards and cereal fields, offers a peaceful rural setting typical of the Quercy Blanc area. The village lies close to Montauban, the departmental capital, and not far from Moissac, known for its abbey and chasselas grape orchards.
