Labastide de penne

Labastide-de-Penne is a small rural village in the Tarn-et-Garonne department, in the Occitanie region, located in the Quercy area near Caylus and not far from Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val and Cordes-sur-Ciel. As its name suggests, the village has its roots in the medieval bastide towns that are characteristic of this part of south-west France. The surrounding landscape features limestone plateaus, wooded valleys and rolling hills typical of Quercy, providing a peaceful setting well suited to walking and exploring the countryside. The region enjoys a mild climate with Mediterranean influences, meaning warm summers and temperate winters, ideal for outdoor holidays for much of the year. From here, it's easy to reach some of France's most picturesque villages, as well as the Aveyron gorges.
