Montain

Montain is a small rural village in the Tarn-et-Garonne department, in the Occitanie region of south-western France, just a few kilometres from Montauban. This part of the Bas-Quercy area is characterised by gently rolling countryside, with a mix of farmland, orchards and small woodlands. The department is well known for its agriculture, particularly fruit growing (apples, plums) and cereal crops, as well as for its medieval bastide towns scattered across the region.
