Bournazel

Bournazel is a small village in the Aveyron department, in the Occitanie region, located in the Ségala area, a landscape of rolling hills and hedgerowed farmland typical of the northern part of the department. The village is best known for the Château de Bournazel, a 16th-century Renaissance building listed as a historic monument, whose sculpted façades reflect the Italian influence found in Aveyron architecture of that period.
