Pont de salars

Pont-de-Salars is a village in the Aveyron department, in the Occitanie region of southern France, set on the Lévézou plateau. It is best known for its proximity to Lac de Pareloup, one of the largest artificial lakes in France, popular for swimming, sailing, pedal boating and fishing during the summer months. The village retains a lively local trade with a traditional weekly market, reflecting the rural character of the area.
