Espalion

Espalion is a town in the Aveyron department of Occitanie, France, set along the River Lot and known for its Pont Vieux, a medieval red sandstone bridge listed as a historic monument and included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites along the Routes of Santiago de Compostela. The riverside houses, with their timber framing and ochre tones, give the town a distinctive Rouergue character.
