Corsanico

Corsanico is a small hillside hamlet within the municipality of Massarosa, in the province of Lucca, Tuscany, just a few kilometres from the Versilia coast. Set among olive groves and vineyards, it enjoys open views over Lake Massaciuccoli and the Apuan Alps beyond. The village is best known for its Romanesque parish church dedicated to Saints Pantaleone and Iacopo, home to a historic pipe organ that features in summer concerts celebrating early organ music. The overall atmosphere is quiet and rural, typical of the Tuscan hinterland close to the sea.
