Boscomare

Boscomare is a small hamlet perched in the hills of the municipality of Cipressa, in the province of Imperia, in the heart of Liguria's Riviera dei Fiori. This hilly territory, known for its olive groves and terraced farmland typical of the Ligurian landscape, offers a peaceful, green setting away from the bustle of the coast while remaining close to the Mediterranean Sea. The climate is mild throughout the year, sheltered by the Ligurian Alps, which soften the winters and temper the summer heat. The surrounding area is well suited to walking, with paths offering views over the coastline and inland hills, as well as opportunities to discover the local olive oil production, a long-standing speciality of the region. Neighbouring villages such as Cipressa, Costarainera and Santo Stefano al Mare provide easy access to the beaches and tourist amenities of the Riviera. San Remo and Imperia, the larger towns in the province, are around a twenty-minute drive away, offering markets, harbours and a lively cultural scene.
