Vatteville la rue

Vatteville-la-Rue is a small village in the Seine-Maritime department of Normandy, set within a loop of the River Seine, close to the Brotonne Bridge and the surrounding forest. The village lies within the Boucles de la Seine Normande Regional Nature Park, an area characterised by the river's winding course, chalk cliffs and the rolling, hedge-lined countryside typical of Normandy. The peaceful, green surroundings make it well suited to walking and cycling along the riverbanks and through the nearby woodland. Nearby towns such as Caudebec-en-Caux and Duclair offer a glimpse of local heritage, including traditional Norman churches and half-timbered houses.
